Servicing :

Gas, oil or water softener servicing includes one free breakdown diagnostic the following year*

Natural gas or LPG boiler :

Condensing or regular boiler : 120€ VAT (VAT 10% or VAT 5.5%)

Oil boiler :

Regular boiler : 180€ VAT (VAT 10%)

Condensing boiler : 200€ VAT (VAT 5.5%)

Nozzle, oil filter and oil pump’s filter are included in the servicing**

Water softener :

Water softener servicing (water filter and cleaning product are included***) : 99€ VAT (VAT 10%)

Water softener servicing excluding travel fee (same time as your boiler servicing) : 79€ VAT (VAT 10%) (only one discount per service)

Repairs :

Breakdown diagnostic for boiler, water tank heater or water softener : 75€ VAT (VAT 10% or VAT 5.5%) : (includes a travel fee 30km, only the diagnostic) (78,54€ VAT TVA 20%)

Labour hour : 61€ TTC (VAT 10%) ; 58.50€ TTC (VAT 5.5%) ; 65,46€ VAT (VAT 20%)

Travel fee : from 25€ VAT (VAT 10% or VAT 5.5%)

A quote will be provided if parts need to be replaced

*After serviced of boiler or water softener, 365 days after in case of a breakdown, the diagnostic of breakdown is free (limited to one breakdown, for the same customer, same boiler and proper breakdown****)

**Includes the nozzle replacement (Fluidics, Danfoss, Steinen, OEG or Delavan brands), oil filter (Oventrop, OEG, Watts or Afriso brands), oil filter pump (Danfoss, Suntec or Riello) if necessary and possible to replace (depending on the condition of your materials).

***Includes water filter replacement (standard model) and a cleaning product, if necessary and replacement possible (depending on the condition of your materials)

****Non proper breakdown : no gas, no fuel, no electricity or no water, breakdown previously diagnosed but not repaired, incorrect repair (by third party) or improper use)
